On a rainy Tuesday night, we decided to load up Morris and Miller and take them to watch a Gadsden City High Titan Basketball Game. The Titans are great this year 21-2. They are ranked #2 in the state and are even ranked nationally. When I was at Gadsden High, our basketball team was always good so I wanted to go support the Titans. In the paper and on the internet, I kept reading that this years Titan team was really something special. I decided that it was time we loaded up and headed to a game. The atmosphere was great especially since it wasn't a regional game.
Morris and Miller spent most of the game: playing with trucks, trains, eating popcorn, and drinking sprite through sour straws (thanks Claire for that new trick). They boys were not too focused on the game. It was something like having them at an Auburn football game. You just decide you are going to jump in and go. We always take Morris, pray for good behavior, and hope that Jared and I get to see a few plays.
Our Lil' Titans had a great time cheering our Titan Basketball Team onto victory. We hope to be STATE BOUND in the next few weeks... GO TITANS!
