My sweet friend, Claire, found this delicious crockpot recipe. If it can be cooked in the crockpot, we have tried it. Angel Chicken is a winner. In the past three months, we have made this recipe almost every other week. Not only do the boys eat it, but Morris slipped up one night and said it was delicious.

Angel Chicken
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/4 cups butter (I just use one stick of butter)
1 package of Italian dressing mix
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 cup of dry sherry
8 ounces cream cheese with chives
Put all ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Serve over hot angel hair pasta.
