We decided it would be best to be a Dynomite on the pre-soccer team again. The rational: it is fall and we go to all the Auburn games, Morris wasn't great when we tried soccer in the spring, and I love the non-commitment issue of pre-soccer. Is it wrong to make your child do pre-soccer instead of being on a team... NO!
Many of our friends have older children and the commitment of sports seems overwhelming to be honest. Pre-soccer is great - You show up once a week for practice and if you are free you make it to the game on Saturday. That is my kind of sport: not demanding and not too competitive.
I am sure there will be many more posts to come about soccer. Have we improved yes... be ready!
