On Tuesday, Kaki and I took Thomas for his first haircut. Over the past few weeks, Thomas' hair had really started growing. I didn't want him to look shaggy for his birthday on Sunday.
We wouldn't have dreamed of taking Thomas to anyone but our friend Paul. We are blessed to call Paul not only our hair stylist, but friend. Paul did my hair for 20 years. Jared and Morris have been going to Paul for over a year. We are just lucky to have Paul in our life. He is a man of great faith who cherishes family.
Thomas was so proud to sit in Paul's chair with mommy. He smiled and watched every snip Paul made. Paul was a little nervous that Thomas might whimper and didn't want to scare him. Not our Thomas, he smiled at Paul the entire time.
