Last Day of Young Two's

Whew... Thursday was the last day of Morris being a Young Two at Mother's Day Out. Thursday was rough to say the least. Now that Thomas is seven weeks old, you would think that we have things under control... WRONG! Getting all three of us out the door, dressed, and with no crying by 9:00 is a small miracle. On Thursday, we were out the door and dressed by 9ish, but there were tears from all of us! I was exhausted from only a few hours of sleep and Morris and Thomas were not having their best morning, but we made it. Once we all arrived for Morris' class party, all was well. Thomas slept through the entire party, until it was time for him to eat, ha. Morris is still a little clingy to me. He wanted me to sit with him and stand right beside him. After a few minutes, he warmed up and was playing with the other kids. The Young Two's have been a rollacoaster year for Morris. With me being pregnant and having Thomas, Morris has wanted me and cried some (many) days. Mrs. Teleah and Mrs. Mindy have been wonderful to him. They have loved on Morris, comforted him, and taught him how to play with others. Mothers Day Out has been a blessing for us. It helps Morris run out all his energy and gives me the opportunity to complete errands around town. Morris looks forward to going to MDO this summer and playing with all his friends.
