Girls Just Wanna Have Fun... Last night was the Girlfriend Gala. We had been planning our girls night out for months. There was only a tiny bit of build up around the night. All the dad's had promised to be home early to watch the children, the outfits were picked out, and the girls were ready to go... At one point, Jared ask me if this was high school... Our night started out a little bumpy, none of the husbands were home at the early time they had promised. Even though it was rough at first, our girls night out lived up to our high expectations. We had a wonderful time. The great part of our night was that all the money went to charity, the United Way's Success by 6. We sipped on Glama Tini's, munched on crab cakes, and dined on a true Cajun feast straight from the French Quarter. Our table, Holly, me, Jenny, Claire, Kelly, Brandy, Kim,
Kelli, and Jennifer, was a mess. I hate to say it, but our table had the cutest girls. All the servers stopped by and gave us extra goodies. Two of girls were so cute, they won a door prizes, NOT ME! Holly and Kelly were the lucky two. Holly did an amazing job organizing and hosting our table. We had a Seaside Beach theme. From the flowers to the giveaways, Holly had paid attention to the smallest of details. All the effort she put in made for a great girls night out.
