Bribery

I know that everyone has an opinion on "bribery"! Here at the Gladden house, we strongly believe in bribing your child when necessary... necessary, maybe the more appropriate term would be all the time! - I have already blogged many times about trying to get Morris potty trained. He officially tee-tees the potty all the time. I cannot remember when we've had an accident. Poo-pooing the potty has been a completely different story until about two weeks ago. Morris loves to ride his friend Miller's "gator". He constantly was asking for a "gator" or wanting to go ride Miller's. My mother came up with the idea of using a "gator" to our advantage. The plan was set and the bribe was laid... if Morris would poo-poo the potty he could have a "gator". I am sure you can guess from the picture that we now have a potty pooper. Look at our big boy riding his "gator". He is so proud of his "gator" and potty pooping. If you want a ride, just let him know, he'll save a seat for you.
