SEC West Champions

We love Auburn... I know... I know... people get tired of us saying it, but there is just something magical about The Plains. Yes, we love Auburn football win or loose, but the taste of victory has been so sweet this year. Saturday, November 13th, was a great day. Our Auburn Tigers won the SEC West by beating The University of Georgia. We are not a team they call a "dynasty", we are not a team of first round NFL draft picks, but our team is a family. We are a big family of orange and blue that chants War Eagle as our team runs down the field. This year we are a team with controversy surrounding us... yet, we are still a family and trudging on to victory. Our day in Auburn started like any other bright and early preparing for a victory. Morris had on his cold weather gameday outfit, Kaki had the tailgate food ready, Bud had on his winning gameday shirt, and Jared had on a visor that has won us every game. The only thing missing in Auburn was Uncle Dustin, Jared's best friend. He couldn't make the game this week. As we walked into the stadium the air was thick with excitement. You could tell that our tigers were there and ready to play. Morris on the other hand, was just ready to play with the girls that sit behind us. He is a ladies man. He did manage to take his eyes away from the girls long enough to say touchdown tigers, war eagle, and go tigers. He had a blast cheering on the team and playing with the pretty girls that sit behind us. The stadium was wild with excitement as our tigers gained momentum. Everyone could taste a victory, but hated to count the victory before the end of the game. As the time ticked down, the stadium went wild with excitement. We were officially crowned SEC West Champions. We are Georgia Dome bound in December to beat the Gamecocks of South Carolina. WAR EAGLE!
