People joke that in Alabama children are raised from a young age to love Auburn University or The University of Alabama. At the Gladden house, we have a Tiger in Training. Morris just adores going to Auburn. I can't explain it to those who aren't around us all the time, but he just begs each week to travel to Auburn. I know that Morris is two and it sounds very silly to think that he already loves Auburn, but he does! Time after time I have written on my blog about the magic of Auburn. It simply takes over you when you step onto The Plains. Morris is mesmerized when the Eagle flies into the stadium, when the band and football boys run out of the tunnel, and as Aubie walks around the stadium entertaining the crowd. There is just something special about Auburn. I hope that Morris always has a special place in his heart for Auburn. Claire and I joke that Morris and Miller will most likely be living together in our gameday condo. I know that I can't predict where Morris will be in 15 years, who he will be living with, or even what his life will be like... but, what I can hope for is that Morris always has a great love and passion for Auburn. A place where dreams are made.... and a place where dreams come true... War Eagle from our Tiger in Training!
Welcome to The Gladdens in Gadsden... We are a family of four (Jared, Amy, Morris, and Thomas), plus our dog, Louis. We rely on our faith in God and our strength in each other to get us through each day. I hope you follow us on our wild journey that we call our life.
